Health Insurance
Anyone
who is working with DRA may be eligible for health insurance.
Coverage is also available for your dependents. You can receive benefits
as soon as you have worked one pay period. Contact us for more details
on this exceptional benefit!
Holiday Pay
You will begin accumulating hours for holiday pay on the first day of your first assignment. Please refer to our temporary employee manual for eligibility requirements.

Inactive employees also have an opportunity to accumulate hours, an
exciting benefit for the many applicants who return to DRA for
new career opportunities.
Vacation Pay
You will also be eligible for vacation pay once you have worked 1600 cumulative hours in a 12-month period, based on a 40-hour week at an average hourly rate of all your previous temporary assignments.
Bonuses
DRA knows how much value you bring to our organization, so you
also have opportunities for bonuses when you refer a client to us, refer
an applicant, or receive a favorable evaluation.
Simple IRA
DRA employees may be eligible to participate in the company’s
Simple IRA program, after you have earned at least $5,000 in any calendar
year.
